Since January 1, 2022, TooQ offers a 3-year warranty from the time of purchase, so it is necessary to have the ticket or invoice showing the date. The distributor or seller where you bought the product will attend to your claim and offer their technical service while the warranty is in effect.
Out of warranty
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused to the product due to:
- Failure to follow the user manual.
- Modifications or alterations of any kind.
- High and low temperatures, humidity, or contact with liquids in the use of electronic products.
- Wear and scratches produced in daily use.
- Incorrect voltage supply in products that require it.
- Use of the product with another device that is not indicated for its use.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse. If you are not familiar with its installation, we recommend that you ask a professional for help.

Products may undergo variations due to stock changes, product improvement, or printing errors.
