All products marketed by TOOQ TECHNOLOGY are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect, excluding breakdowns caused by external agents or services provided by other companies such as surges or voltage spikes in the electrical network, short circuits, progressive waves induced by lightning, telephone lines, floods, fires, etc.

General conditions and guarantees
To obtain a quick and accurate response, you must complete all fields of the Product Support Form correctly.
Product name
Provide a short description of the product, for example “IDE/SATA to USB 2.0 External Case” or “500W ATX Power Supply.”
Model number
The model number or product reference appears on the packaging boxes and on the product labels.
Examples of the model reference: “TQE-2512”, “TQC-X9007B”, “LP1423TN-S”, “10.31.0102”, etc.
Serial number
Leave this field blank for products that do not have a serial number.
The product serial number appears on its label and on the packaging box accompanied by a barcode, with indication of S/N, Nº Serie or simply a barcode with the serial number at the bottom.
Examples of serial numbers: “TQEP480S101000050”, “TQC1850C090610008”, “TQE2523G08080098”
Operating system
Indicate the operating system you are using the product with (Windows, Mac OX, Ubuntu, etc…) and include information about the version (home, pro, 32bits, 64bit, etc…).
